  • First, download the GlobeOne App from the Play Store.
  • After that, launch the application.

  • Then, add your Cell Phone Number and click on the “Register” button.

  • You will receive an OTP on the phone number you provided. Enter that OTP within 5 minutes.

Note: if you bought your TM SIM card from any Public Telecommunication Entities (PTE), Telcos, or authorized distributors or resellers, you must register all Philippine SIM cards. The rules vary for existing old users, existing new users, and customers who recently purchased the SIM.

For Existing Old Users: If you purchased your SIM before December 27, 2022, and haven’t completed your registration process by the deadline, you can’t process registration now.

For Existing New Users: Users who purchased their SIM after July 30, 2023, can complete the registration process via the app or through the web portal.

New SIM Buyer: If you’ve purchased a new SIM, you have to complete the registration process following the above registration guidelines.
